Marias Medical Center has an application process that allows the write-off of a portion (up to 100%) of the bill for qualified applicants. This process is through the use of Hill-Burton legislation, which allowed funding of small rural hospitals, such as ours, to construct medical facilities. In return for the grant, the facility makes available to those who qualify, discounted or free medical services. This allows people who cannot afford hospital care the opportunity to receive care without the financial burden. If you have any questions regarding your account, please contact 434-3245 or email us.
