Position Objective:
To meet the requirements of the state and federal regulatory bodies; ensure that the risk of nosocomial infections is reduced, evaluate and develop training programs, provide clinical service and keep records of employees and ensure the quality of care.
To continuously improve health care systems and work processes, measure clinical practice against best practices or benchmarks appropriate to critical access hospitals, design or redesign care processes based on best practices and to identify trends; prioritize and recommend improvements and decrease duplication.
Provide nursing service to employees of the facility and keep records.

Under the direction of the Rehabilitation Services Director, the Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients on Physician referrals and carries out tasks assigned by the Director. The Physical Therapist is also responsible for performing age and diagnosis specific assessment, treatment and documentation relevant to the patient/resident/client individual needs.

Must be ARRT registered; American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
Must have a current Montana ARRT license.
Possess a current CPR certification.
CT registered preferred. If not CT registered, Registry in CT is required within 12 months of hire date.
